Description
Master Assertive Communication
Do you leave conversations feeling disappointed because you didn't stand up for yourself (again)? Do you remain quiet in meetings because you're afraid others will disagree or not like what you have to say? Maybe you don't have a problem expressing yourself honestly, but it often causes conflict and doesn't end well. Do you blame others for how they react when you share your honest feelings? Are you intimidated by someone in your life and avoid standing up for yourself, being honest, or holding your boundaries? If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, then this workshop is for you!

By the end of this course, you will learn:
-
Why we struggle to express ourselves openly and honestly
